Max is in his second month of preschool at Lancaster Christian Academy. It has been a bit of a adjustment for him, but he is lovin' it! I had to laugh yesterday--he told me as soon as I walked in the door that it was a "great day at school!" Love it! Everyday I'm reminded about what a fantastic decision it was to go ahead and put him in preschool--I do miss him, but it has been a wonderful experience for all of us!
Last week, they had a unit on cowboys and animals, and Max has been so excited to tell us about the "real" cowboy that came and visited them at school. Of course, it's so cool because, according to Max, "he wears a hat and rides a horse." I mean, what tops a hat and a horse? Here, Max is modeling his construction paper cowboy hat...he was very proud of it!
My little man is quite the comedian. Yesterday morning, he had crawled back in bed with Brandon after I had gotten in the shower. When I walked up to him, he started snoring...LOUDLY! And this is his best attempt at a convincing asleep face. (Guess it's probably too early for Brandon to start poker lessons).
And then here my boys are doing what they do best...playing! SometimesI think I have two toddlers around. Brandon is a great playmate!!
We also had the Bakers and the Chesters to the house last weekend. Love getting all of our kiddos together (although it does boost the decible level significantly). I consider it a successful barbeque when the adults are full and happy and the kids are filthy...at least mine is anyway--ha!
