School Days!

Well, our first official day of school has come and gone!  We made it:)

Max was so excited to go to his new school--we even made cookies to take for our first day "treat" and he helped me but together a basket from his classroom wish list.  We have had so much discussion on playing with friends, using our "inside" voices, and following directions that last night I had a realization that I might have gone a little overboard.  Max recited our entire behavioral list to God last night in his prayers...I guess that means he is listening, right?

And, my really, really big happy from yesterday....Canon FINALLY sent me my camera!  It's been three weeks of professional surgery at Canon center in Virginia and I have used my iPhone camera for the last time.  So, very exciting!  Right in time for Max's first Titan's game tonight--who hoo!

It's going to be a big night for Max--I am taking bets to see how long it takes him to find the concession stands and also see how much time we actually spend in our seats.  He'll love it, and I'm looking forward to seeing his reaction.  We ran to the 'boro yesterday because Brandon is completely set that I play the part. Since Jeff Fisher is no longer coach, I have had to eat my words and cheer for the home team.  So, I'll wear the shirt, but that still doesn't change the fact that I think they're a dirty team:)  Insert groans and eye rolls from Alexander men and my husband here...
