More Vacation Madness!

The downtown area of Amelia Island was adorable! So historic, from the cobblestone streets to the 150 year old buildings, and even cuter that it was adorned with palm trees and the breeze from the marina. It was incredible!

We spent a couple nights down this direction. They have some of the best homemade ice cream, and Brandon and Cory loved testing out the oldest bar in Florida. Not sure how they can prove it, but I guess it did look really authentic from the outside:) Max and I were not allowed, so we settled to take a picture with the pirate guarding the front door!

Mr. Wildlife Biologist himself tried introducing Max to a lizard. Gross. But, Max seemed to be intrigued!

And, Max and Mack let us know after a bit that they were bored. Too much riding and not enough ice cream!! And, yes, Max is biting his foot. No words for this one!

Some other fun pictures from our week....

Max lovin' his tractor in our room. Such a savior--but not interested in putting it in sand. Go figure!

A beach picture of me and my boys! And we're all looking in the general direction of the camera!!

Max LOVES to put on sunglasses. Brandon has tried to teach him to say, "hey, baby" and he'll say it, but not together. He is such a stud in his mommy's big sunglasses!
