We are vacationing this week at Amelia Island, Florida, and are having a WONDERFUL time!!! The weather is fantastic, and the beach is fantastic!!! Lots and lots and lots of sand, and not very many people--a great combination!
Oddly enough, one of my old co-workers is here this week with her husband, so we met them tonight for some beach time. Erin and Ken are in Jacksonville (about 20 minutes away), so we'll hopefully see them before the weekend is over, AND Cory, Lorie and Mack are coming up tomorrow through Wednesday.
Max is such a beach baby--and he LOVES the water! His energy level never ceases to amaze me--the little guy has run constantly, and fights me to take a nap because he doesn't want to slow down. Brandon and I have had a good laugh about how our vacations have "evolved" since we got married, but they're wonderful and we love it! Here's a few quick pictures of the trip so far:
