Finally got around to loading pictures from my camera today. I am officially starting another week way, way, way behind, but I have enjoyed the the fall weather with my fellas! I figured the laundry, housecleaning, and everything else will be here in the morning:)

We took Max to the zoo the afternoon of his birthday. Amazing that we had two years of zoo visits with Max and myself, and I never realized that a 2pm zoo visit is the way to go! Max had full reign of the zoo, but, of course, we spent most of our time in the reptile building and at the meerkats.
However, we did learn that they are opening a dinosaur themed portion of the zoo in March. Guess we'll be renewing our membership:)Of course, we continued our birthday festivities at Max's favorite...eating Japanese. For some reason, I didn't get the cake pictures afterwards. But, we had to sing "Happy Birthday" and blow out candles every time we ate leftover cake all week. He's a hoot!
And, these are just a few funny things that I caught...A day in the life!
Can we say that in hindsight, a big wheel, Buzz Lightyear wings, and the hill in our backyard might not have been the best of ideas.
I heard calls of help from my bedroom the other day. Max got himself in a bit of a bind--I can't even imagine how he ended up this way, but once I realized that he wasn't hurt, of course, I had to grab the camera:)
