Wow--it has been a very, very busy weekend! Adam and Cheryl came to visit this weekend, and, as always, there was a project. We got Max a swing set for his birthday and went ahead and put it up so that he could enjoy the rest it the rest of the summer.
Marmie and Papa came to visit on Saturday. They had just gotten back from a trip to New York, complete with Yankees gear and some fun things from FAO Schwartz. As you can see, Max likes his Yankees hat pulled down over his ears. Brandon is not so pleased...with the team, of course.
The guys stayed busy with the assembly of the swing set, and Max helped us shell peas, break green beans and shuck corn. Wow, who knew I was so domestic:) We finished the day with a great steak dinner and wonderful fresh veggies...yum! It's just been over 24 hours since it has been completed, and I think we've already been down the slide a hundred times...He LOVES it!
